Guar Meal
Guar Meal Churi is a high-protein, coarse powdered by-product obtained during the processing of guar seeds (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba) for guar gum production.
After removing the gum from the endosperm, the remaining parts-germ and hull-are milled and refined into two forms: Guar Meal Churi (refined form) and Guar Meal Korma (coarser form). Churi is especially suitable as a protein-rich animal feed ingredient.
